PROJECT OVERVIEW

As part of iconic and luxurious Dubai Harbour development master plan, Dubai Cruise Terminal is located on King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street, between Jumeirah Beach Residence and Palm Jumeirah in Mina Al Seyahi.  The Two Cruise Terminals strategically located on a 910-meter quay with an overall facility spanning over 120,000 square meters, grabbed the headlines by making Dubai Harbour the first ever dedicated cruise harbour in the region that can handle two mega size cruise ships’ complete passenger turnaround simultaneously and smoothly.

Dubai, known for its top-notch world class attractions, doesn’t compromise the safety of its visitors by installing Baggage Screening & Handling Systems supplied by Site Technology.  Over the span of 11 months, Site Technology installed and implemented security screening networks, a luggage tracking system and a baggage handling system to ensure the security and comfort of the passengers.

OPERATION NARRATIVE

SITE TECHNOLOGY scope of works under specialty equipment cover, supply, install and commission of the Baggage Screening Systems (Rapiscan X-rays), RFID tracking and Baggage Handling systems that achieves essential operational requirements:
